  • 47 The Street is within walking distance of my own business and has definitely attracted more of the right clientele to our picturesque village. The decor and the superb conservatory and garden area is top class. The whole establishment is very impressive. I have eaten here on a number of occasions recently and have found the food to be excellent and the service very good.

  • Was there for a wedding anniversary meal, 47 The Street was recommended by friends and we are really pleased we went. One of the specials was Veal Escalope and I asked if it was breaded - it wasn't, but that didn't matter because they were more than happy to do it that way for me if I wanted it. Couldn't have been more accomodating - very friendly staff - good sized portions and a varied wine list at reasonable prices.

  • We have long been fans of La Piazza (their sister restaurant) and have been to 47 now on a number of occasions - including my parents 80th birthday with a large family gathering. Food, service and ambience are always exemplary. They now have a bright and airy conservatory and smart garden to enjoy in the summer. Can't recommend enough.
